What keep you relax?

Foot massage promotes relaxation and well being. A specific manipulation and pressure on our feet reduce and eliminates blockages in corresponding glands, organs and other parts of the body. After 3 weeks of busy busy hours without any rest, it's time to relax for the Memorial day. A Foot Massage will make me forget about today's worries and prepare fot tomorrow's challenges. Foot Massage has become very popular around the San Gabriel Valley and it starts with $15/hr and tip for $5. For some places, if you buy 10 foot massages you get one free. As your feet soak in the warm herbal water bucket, your shoulders and back are kneaded, pressed, and stretched out for 15 minutes. Then your feet and lower legs are worked on for 45 minutes. After the foot massage, I feel much better and be ready to challenge the fianl month of spring quarter. A soothing foot massage will keep me relax. How about you?   1. I love foot massage! Especially after memorial weekend, my brother and I had a busy weekend, we went shopping and vegas. We are thinking to get a foot massage tomorrow.

  2. I feel like taking foot massage while I am reading your post. Once I visited to nail salon to take both manicure and pedicure services. While taking pedicure service I got a little bit foot massage which was the part of this service. For this little period I felt good relaxation so I considered I need to take a whole foot massage. You reminded me something that I have almost forgot.

  3. To relieve stress, I like to do the complete opposite of a foot massage: running! However, due to all the work that I've had to do recently, I've only been running about twice a week :( But once the summer starts, I intend to run at least 4 times a week and swim at least twice a week. For me, the best part about running is after you're done. If you ran hard enough, you should be exhausted. I love running hard in the morning, getting home, showering, and then going back to bed and sleeping for a couple of hours : )

  5. ME TOOOOOO.... A foot massage include a basic body massage to release the stress from by back sitting on a computer for hours working on project...
