The art of "thank you"

Researchers have found that focusing on what we're "thankful" can increase our sense of well-being and happiness. And, telling people you appreciate them is another way to show gratitude.
After I read the passage, I was astonished that my attitude has been changed due to lack of sleep and I have completely ignore my love one who is next me. Work and project piling up toward the end of school change my emotional state and that's not O.K. Quickly, I wrote a "thank you" note to my love one for being there for me.
On this blog, I would like to thank everyone who attends the class together for all the inputs and collaboration.
Wish you all the best :)
How do you express yourself in the art of "thank you"?

  1. it is amazing how those two little words can mean so much by showing someone how much you care. I'm trying to teach my almost 3 yrs. old daughter how important it is to say "thank you" when someone give her something, even if it is a small piece of candy or when people blessed her when she sneezes. Sometime she remembers to do it but quite often, I have to remind her!

  2. I'll tell all my family and friends "thank you" as soon as this quarter is over, because right now I have too much work to do.

  3. I am so thankful for your reply. As the end has to come to an end, there is a continuation of characters in all of us... Please pass on the tradition or what you have believe in... It's so important in our lives to care and concern for each other.
